ADVANTAGES :

1. To create check and balance among the organs of the gov.

2.to abolish the concentration of power (depotism)

3.making the gov safe for the governed.

4.reduce the burden of work.

DISADVANTAGES:

1.expensive gov.

2.takes longer time to make decision.

3.danger of political gridlock and deadlock.
