Shaking hands is not just OLD PEOPLE! Young people shake hands, teenagers shake, gang members shake almost every culture has some type of greeting custom which involves touching the other person in some manner. With the advancement of greetings the hand shake is a means to express friendship and a non-hostile environment as the people meet over a friendly handshake. Business used to require nothing more than a handshake to seal a deal! Until attorneys came along but that is another question!
