Tamales, or pazole..... Tamales are corn meal wrapped in a corn husk inside is made of chicken, or beef but can contain other items such as banana or potato. It is cooked in a red or green sauce made from different Chili and then cooked with steam. And pazole is a hominy soup made with chicken and ate with a crunchy tortilla and topped with shredded lettuce... Very good
