Why Do Iranian Men Don't Wear Any Ties?

Before the islamic revolution it was common to wear tie . After the revolution an anti western tide were started , which was against he western country . One of the symbols were tie! ,so the people in government ignored to wear ties and it became public in state companies within years.
But in private business ,companies ,parties ,..... . People usually wear ties .

Suits are a western invention and custom as well so the question is, "Why don't the Iranians just wear the usual dirty night shirt get up?"
