Margot Frank died in Bergen-Belsen a few days before Anne Frank. They both suffered Typhus, which Anne died of for sure. Margot, however, is believed to have fallen from her top bunk and the shock enforced on her emaciated body killed her.

Margot Frank died from a kind of virus it is called typhus.
She died a couple of days after her sister (Anne Frank and a few of months after they were arrested) of a Typhus epidemic at the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp.
