What Are The Handouts Before A Funeral?
Is this supposed to be a momento or souvenir?
They are meant as a keepsake of the loved one that you lost. Most have a prayer in them. It usually has their name, birthdate, date of death, place of burial and pall bearers listed. Some have a short obituary, or special story of the loved one.
