Waterboarding has always been around and probably will always be, but its amazing what the US says it doesnt do , it does as long as people don't really find out and the CIA loves it. I had it used on me in Vietnam when I was a POW so its not always effective, but I wasnt CIA when I was there as they tried to get me to confess. We all know Obama would use whatever means necessary to get his daughters back just like any of us fathers would, but not so much what he would use but what about the fact that the US doesnt negotiate with terrorists and I bet Obama is getting to know waterboarding real well as we speak. Also its amazing what was used on us in Vietnam that is considered outlawed according to the Geneva Convention, I know that the US is  or trys to show at times, its the only country that plays by the Geneva Convention laws

He would probably first quote his banning of terrorist waterboarding back in 2009, but as he works to his own agenda, he'd most likely use every resource and tactic possible to find out, irrespective of the cost to the nation.
