Can you also be African-American if your parents are from Africa but you were born in the U.S?

No.

Besides which, science currently believes that we ALL came from African ancestors.

Example:  My Parents are from Portugal.  They came to the states, met here, married and had a family.  That makes me an American of Portuguese decent.  Like wise, you are an American of African decent.

That's exactly what you are👍. I have one parent from Liberia and one from Canada I was born in New York.. Im an African American Canadian..👐 I love it..
