I was born an American, as were my parents. Three of my four grandparents were born American. The fourth was born Canadian, but became an American Citizen.  Going back to great-grandparents, Four were born American. Two were born in Bohemia. Two were born in Canada. They all died Americans. It is all I know and all I have been taught.
