What about the people of the US Virgin islands? Are they helpful to the travelers?
Having lived in that area of the world for many years I can tell you the folks there are very generous and helpful. However because of rude and brash visitors they tend to be very guarded. There are a few who will hustle the gold out of your teeth but they are few and far.
