Nope. He's already going back on some of his promises too. I think a lot of what he said was just talk.

He has to stay within the boundaries of the constitution. Even though Trump was elected as a Republican, and the House and the Senate are both Republican controlled, most Republicans don't trust him. I think they will be keeping a close eye on him and try to keep him reined in.
It's a gold-plated certainty. Did you see today's Washington Post story about using $258,000 from his charity to pay his legal bills? What do you suppose he'll do when he can use his influence to change the laws relating to his businesses?
