Take an arrow and strike it on the string with the cock facing out. Bend your arm from the elbow region so that you don't hit your arm with the string. Use your index, middle and ring finger striking the arrow between your index and middle finger. Pull back your bow by holding it farm. Pull the arrow to the corner of your eyes and aim down the shaft.

The area around the target spot will slowly get blurred, which means you are on target. Release the finger of your right hand to let the string slip past them. Stick to your stance till the arrow hits the target.
