My Caller ID had #  234-806-942-3165 from man calling himself Mike (Michael) Hall I had been in chat with for 4 weeks. He claimed to be from Springfield, IL. But working in Belgium with his 9 yr. Old son, James. Yet, it was obvious in chat he knew English but had some problems writing it in proper context. Also his accent was typcial of someone from Africa. BEWARE: He will say he needs $5000.00 to pay a tax bill in Belgium so he can be paid for his building a building.
