The three main jobs of government officials are Viser, general of armies and chief of treasurer. The Viser was the chief judge. Visers appointed and supervised other government officials. They would also advise the pharaoh. Chief treasures collected taxes in the form of cow grain or beer. The general of armies advised the pharaoh on protecting Egypt and making alliances.
