What I take from Human security is that, Human security is vulnerabilities to humans' basic needs such as life protection and providence of basic necessities(as defined by any particular society).
Let us take a basic need of humans i.e., If humans get deprived from proper food, water and medicine then how would they survive and be healthy.
Freedom. If humans are not free(Include freedom of choice, freedom of speech, freedom to act) then how can they live properly and excel. They will always be under influence by someone powerful who rules their feelings. Depression of different kinds(Including madness) will prevail in such society and thus suicide rates.
Hence, without basic needs humans cannot survive.
