Because the nation has declined as a world superpower, economic stronghold and having a strong currency.Record debts, inflation, interest rates and unemployment coupled with record Wall Street share losses and a beak economic outlook have all pushed America towards the brink.Successive administrations have engaged weak policies to solve the nation's problems including "spending one's way to prosperity" and each crisis worsens.Loss of Christian faith and/or principles and acceptance of alternative practices have plunged America into a melting pot without principles and without scruples.

An adage could be that Politicians create legislation as a solution to a problem that their former legislation created, et cetera, and so forth..

America is no longer a nation, more of a empire than anything else.  All empires fall, sooner or later.  American are no longer a "people".  They are just a large group of people who are administered to by one government.

We have surrendered our morals, ethics, culture, direction, and breed a generation of people who believe they are owed.  As soon as 51% of the voters discover they can vote themselves money from the public treasury, we are doomed.  Envision 3 wolves and a sheep voting on whats for dinner.
