Teen magazines usually objectify women and tell them the "correct" way to do things, which is harmful and limits a person's views of what they should be able to do. The magazines are also harmful to men because they depict a certain type of guy as "ideal." In general, they're not good for people to be reading because they're almost always just full of celebrity gossip and unimportant things.
