There are approximately 4 countries with no records of suicide reported:
-Honduras (since 1978)
-Haiti (since 2003)
-Antigua and Barbuda (since 1995)
-Saint Kitts and Nevis (since 1995)
I'll defer to the other answerer on the facts. Here is an interesting thing though. Wealthy, organised European Finland has 18 suicides per 100000 population per year. Disorganised, poverty-stricken (in parts) Black African Nigeria - 6 suicides per 100000 population per year and until recently was so low as to be not worth recording.
I wonder why......
I honestly doubt there are any.
Just because no suicides are reported, doesn't mean there are no suicides. IE: They could have been reported as accidents, or the person is listed as missing.
To be totally honest here, there really isn't one. Some may have a low suicidal rate but still have one but many countrys don't report these things like America does and even then America doesn't report all of them and the highest rates are among the Military and under 25
