How do you wish to be "laid to rest" when you perish? i.e. burial, cremation, sent down the river....etc

I'd like to be cremated and it would really be cool to have some of my ashes shot into space to orbit the Earth.

I want to dedicate my body to science, so then future generations can learn from it, and I can help make the world better even after my death.

Every option just scares me to think about. But I can't see myself wanting to be in a box in the ground.

Cremation.

There is a surfer tradition that I would like to have for my service. Being that I am half Hawaiian it is important to me to be memorialized the same as my ancestors. For some reason the name of it is setting off the filters. So I'll put it in my comments. After, a wake at my house where people have such a grand time that they are found in the morning asleep in my yard.

I'm gonna burn. The spot for my ashes has already been picked out. It's very beautiful.

I won't be there to care, at the time, so it really doesn't matter. Right now, though, I think I'd like to be buried, without being embalmed. Fast and simple would suit me just fine.

It's not important to me what they do with my remains. I just don't want anyone to have any kind of ceremony on my behalf - no wake, no funeral, none of that.
