From Wikipedia:  Anthropologists have variously described Luzia's features as resembling those of Negroids, Indigenous Australians, Melanesians and the Negritos of Southeast Asia. Walter Neves,
an anthropologist at the University of São Paulo, suggests that Luzia's
features most strongly resemble those of Australian Aboriginal peoples.

Actually ... the reasons your tribe didn't share their ancestry is pretty simple: 1 Nobody asked, and 2 They didn't know.

Btw - The Amerinds had slaves as much as the Europeans did.

Btw 2 - There were also white slaves, in addition to black and AmerInd.

In this video Walter neves changes his opinion saying luzia did not cross the Pacific Ocean and that Native Americans skull size and features evolved over time

Dear Corley Walsh,

You are doing some really interesting study...the YouTube you found was very interesting...and I located a NY Times article that suggests the connection with the Australians. These folks speculate that Negroid peoples were in SE Asia, from whence some went to Australia (ancestors of the aborigines) and others to the Americas.

Also found a photo of Luzia skull for you! Also came across a reconstruction...she was very pretty!

Oh...I see in your comment above, you have a source speculating Luzia's ancestors may have come to the Americas BY WAY OF Australia first...that would be an even closer connection...

Yeah it's very interesting how their dna points to Australia and Mongolia both which explains why they didn't look Asian except for the skull size
