I am in Trump country, the timber outback of Washington State, and I know why so many here voted for him: They take his blunt, outspoken political incorrectness for integrity.

But your Q, the leash? Hope-against-hope, that both political parties might wake up to the idea that us common folk, we the hoi polloi, are just absolutely DONE with politics as usual.
