Is today your day? It is August 18th, it is National Fajita Day; National Mail Order Catalog Day; National Ice Cream Pie Day; World Honey Bee Day – Third Saturday in August.

Ice cream pie sounds nice

Fajitas are good once in a while. I like chicken pot pie not so much ice cream. I miss the honeybees. Mail order catalogs not my thing. But remember the Big Sears one that use to come out every year around Christmas time?

Best day ever! I love cherry pie, If could I would eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner. Bees are attracted to Flat shallow blossoms such as daisies, Xenia, asters and Queen Anne's Lace, that's why I have a backyard full of daisies.

Catalogs have lost their appeal for me since the Sears Wish Book disappeared.  The rest of this day is wonderful!  I'll take the fajitas, the ice cream pie, and the honey bees! 

I've seen maybe a couple dozen bees this year. Unfortunately two of those were on a truck grill.( lots of wasps though so there's some pollination going on )

Glad they have a national day.

I think I am gonna stay under Tigers tree today and wait til tomorrow. 😄

I'm not a fan of fajitas, but everything else sounds good.

I love Fajitas and ice cream pie. Honey bees are very important for many reasons.

I prefer my own Fajitas. Pie I love pie, any pie from apple to chicken pot pie. Honey bees are good people I pray they make a come back. Mail order catalogs are a pain for me.
