Not a big fan of sponge cake. The closest I will get to riding the wind today is driving with the top down.
Sponge cake is okay with 7 minute frosting or strawberries and whipped cream.

I want to try gliding, but I don’t really like sponge cake
I would like to try and ride on a motorless glider and catch the air currents. Sponge cake is OK but I would usually top with all sorts of stuff and raise the calorie count through the roof. LOL
