Not a fan of the taste of anisette, but it’s used in Pizzelle Cookies.  They are Italian Waffle Cookies. So good! Once in a while I made them for my husband.

I'm sitting out with the bunch! 😊

I have no problem with anisette, taste like a little shot of licorice. So I guess I'm in.

I will have to pass on the Anisette. But it is also World UFO day. On this day in 1947 the Roswell incident happened.
