I suffer from anxiety, impending doom is always with me, I think its the feeling of you thinking you did something wrong when you really didnt, and fear of getting caught or approached for it.
The "doom" is not a disorder of any description but simply in your head. Thats the only thing I think of when I get a sudden dose of the doom and it helps a little.:)
