Your brother with power of attorney is right, if he say you can't live there you can't live there. If I were you I would get a lawyer, especially if you are doing the up keep on the home and payingthe bills on time, and can show that with reciepts.

I give my Chiuahua baby asprin when her arthritis acts up but only half a chewable. My vet said it was fine but no more the 3 times a day. She weighs about 5 pounds.

Is this stated in your parenting plan? If so then you must provide a copy of the travel insurance. Also, I would advise you to read your parenting plan, most state that a child is not allowed to travel more than 100 miles without the courts permission. It can be considered parental kidnapping.
