How We Can Keep Our Town Clean?

Cleanliness shows the persons attitude towards life and thus a clean town shows the personalities of people living in that town. A clean town hints on the people living as respectable, responsible and intelligent. Therefore it is very necessary to keep a town clean.

So how do we keep it clean? There are a lot of ways to do that but first in is to start from each house. Since it is agreed that one house or one man can't clean the whole town thus it is the responsibility of each of the occupants.

A collective responsibility therefore means that dustbins should be placed in front of each house where passers by can throw in their litter and the occupants them selves can throw their daily garbage which should be collected by the unions garbage trucks every day.

Second measure that can be taken is to impose laws and penalties for those who don't follow it. The reason for such action is necessary so that people who take cleanliness for granted should be reminded that their dirtiness can have harmful effects on themselves plus on the people living around them.

Another way to get your town clean can be by starting society service which should become mandatory for the school students as part of their extra curricula activities. By this you can start the awareness of being clean in the kids plus you get your town clean.
Awareness is necessary as most of us are unaware of the harmful effects that dirty places cause.

All in all, there can be many ways to keep a town clean. As far as there is a will, there is always a way.

Cleanliness is next to godliness. We must give a serious thought to this golden truth. Neat and clean environment has a cheerful effect. It is a sure sign of civilization. Knowledge is a great blessing of Allah. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to receive education. Our responsibility is to help keep our town clean. We ought to develop civic sense. We should not throw fruit and vegetable peels all over the street. A banana or melon peel and wooden items should not be thrown into man-holes. A choked gutter spreads filth and stench all over the street. Life becomes miserable.

Spitting is another problem as it causes disease and insanitation. We can politely prevent one another from spitting on floors. We should not throw hard things or stone in toilets. We should not be shy of taking a broom and sweeping the littered portion of the street in front of our door. We should take care of trees, plants and flower-beds in a part. If we happen to pass by an unattended running water tap, we should stop and close it. As citizens we should be vigilant and report to the municipality if its staff neglects its duty. We can also add to cleanliness if we sprinkle water on our portion of the road. Dust and pollution can be effectively controlled if every one of us lends a helping hand. God loves people who practice purity and cleanliness.

By stop doing  the  things we normally do like  cutting down trees polluting rivers we can simple put out garbage in bins . You    may say you is only one person an what can one person do ? But one day I start an you then anther person we can make a  difference

We should recycle or dispose of the waste materials properly and should try to grow plants and trees.
