The simple answer is there isn’t one.

The United Arab Emirates to which Dubai is a vital part of do not use a Zip Code or Post Code system. This is because there is no mail delivery to street addresses in the UAE. Mail goes to PO Boxes at various post office locations.

The vast majority of inhabitants have post delivered to their firm's post office box (usually collected daily by companies), and delivered to their employees. Your address is normally recognized as the company's PO Box in the UAE.

This can of course cause issues when supplying an address to various organizations overseas that are not familiar with mail delivery in Dubai and the UAE. The situation in Dubai is similar to many other countries in the Middle East.

And so any correspondence should have the relevant P.O. Box information on it and that should suffice. When addressing mail to somebody in Dubai it should be laid as follows:

Line 1:RECIPIENT
Line 2: PO Box OFFICE_BOX_NUMBER
Line 3: LOCALITY
Line 4: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Courier companies such as Aramex, DHL and FedEx will do home and office deliveries. It is typical to supply them with a telephone number for the addressee so the courier company can ring and get instructions to the delivery location. Street addresses do exist but navigation is often done with the use of major landmarks, common names for streets (rather than the signposted name) and building names and colors.

Also bear in mind that what you send will be closely scrutinized before being let into the country, alcohol is clearly a no go area as are pork products and certain printed materials. Also certain listening or recording devices, radio transmitters, powerful cameras or binoculars, which are legal and available in the West, may require a license for use in the UAE.
But if you mean dialing code then it’s 011 971 4 X where 011 is the international prefix used to dial somewhere outside of U.S.A., 971 is the international code used to dial to United Arab Emirates, 4 is the local area or city code used to dial to Dubai and X is the intended phone line."

Dubai, which is one of the seven emirates in the United Arab Emirates does not use postal codes (or "zip" codes). You would instead just address mail based on the address you posting it to without the use of a postal code.

In terms of an international dialing code, that would be +971.

There is no Zip code of Dubai. There are only P.O Box numbers and you need to mention that when you send any mail. Visit the following link for authentication.
