Each Branch of Government checks each other because each Branch only has a certain because of power. This way no part of government can become too powerful because they each have their own responsibility. The Legislative Branch, which is made of of the Senate and House of Representatives, makes the laws. The Executive Branch, which is made up of the President and Vice President, enforces the leas. Lastly, the Judicial Branch, which is made up of the National Court System, interprets the laws.
