Actually home life and hostel life is entirely different from each other. And both have their own pros in cons. I highly recommend living in hostel for at least an year. This brings confidence in children. They are able to stand up for their rights and also learn how to cope with problems and difficulties on their own. They also learn to manage their expenses and routine and studies on their own. However, there is no comparison whatsoever of Home life. Mom's pampering and food are unmatchable in the entire world.
