He's not your step brother... He's your adopted brother. If you're both of age, then you can still be boyfriend and girlfriend.. But if either are under 15 then you can't pursue a relationship. If you want to be brother and sister and not boyfriend and girlfriend, then you have to put your past relationship behind you. Good luck.

Well how old are you two? If you are 16 and over then it is no big deal, they are just trying to keep him out of trouble. If you are like 13, then you should get him and you out of your head.

I say you keep your boyfriend and use living with him to your advantage. Your parents is his guardian. He has different DNA so he is not your brother regardless of court and papers.
