He's not your step brother... He's your adopted brother. If you're both of age, then you can still be boyfriend and girlfriend.. But if either are under 15 then you can't pursue a relationship. I say you keep your boyfriend and use living with him to your advantage. Your parents is his guardian. He has different DNA so he is not your brother regardless of court and papers.
