Why was the new memorial to Martin Luther King, Jr., which opened on the National Mall in Washington this week, made by the Communist Chinese?

Some might say it's a fitting tribute to racial co-operation, but I say the MLK memorial was outsourced to save money and to keep on good terms with China, in respect of the trade imbalance and China's possible bailout.  Like much of post-industrial America, all the good jobs and industries have gone abroad.  And to quote Bob Dylan: "They don't make nothin' here no more".
