The Germanic languages (Danish, German, English for example). English was an adaptation of the Norse language spoken by the invading Vikings. Also, Vikings got much of their food from milk, so they probably taught milk production some.

Other than that, the Viking Norse, by raping so many of the Europeans they came across, diversified the European genetic code and gave parts of Europe tall and blond blue-eyed people where before there were none. Their expertise in warfare probably influenced the choice of weapons in Medieval armories.
