The E-communication method that most people are using is email!!!
Despite all the innovations in technology, a recent research poll released by Ipsos clearly shows that 85% percent of people rely on email communication more than anything else.
That doesn't mean social media isn't catching up, and in part due to the fact that more and more social networks allow a integrate of "inbox-style" messaging, perhaps the future of email is numbered.
In my mind, the biggest hurdle facing social media is the fact that there are so many different networks out there. Because emails can be sent from Gmail to Hotmail to Yahoo etc... It becomes a more inclusive way of communicating.
And I don't see Twitter to Facebook messages working out, so perhaps email will remain king (for now).
