Do you live in peace and have nice neighbors that are no bother or do you have a nuisance anti social neighbor and someone who has it in for you? What do you do to try and keep the peace if you have to?

I live in a great neighborhood. Everyone watches out for everyone else. We've never had a problem yet and i hope it stays that way (:  If there ever was a problem i'd try to talk to who ever was involved to try and keep anything from escalating......
