Name one type of food that sums up your local area. What's the dish your hometown is famous for?
I guess I would have to say Pizza ! There are some really good pizza places here and they also make Garlic Knots like in New York city. One place in particular has a great name for super pizza and is always crowded!
Our most favourite dish in my hometown is ugali and chicken. Ugali is made out of maize flour and hot water.
