Why is it so important to be accepted in society? Why can't we live the way we want to live as long as we aren't harming others?

I'm a bit of a non-conformist (or I like to think so), and I strongly believe people should enjoy their own individuality.

That being said, I also believe it's dangerous to ignore the fact that we are, biologically speaking, social animals. We are best adapted to living among others of our kind, and naturally seek out companionship and camaraderie.

Well, a lot of us do try to live as we want. Too much pressure on the kids in school nowadays to conform to society and it's not right. You don't have to be accepted, be what you want to be. Not what others want you to be. It's not that important to be accepted in society but it's been drilled into our minds for many many years. I believe in doing your own thing but you have to conform some to work and raise a family. Only as much as you can stand though!

Good question!

You know people have just got used to seeing commonness! They think commonness is perfect peaceful and good! When everyone is different they think some things not going well! It's like we are used to seeing animals not speak but when we see one not doing so we freak out! That's how a society is!

Now for today's world no one cares what he or she's doing! They all live their life ! I think or for me being accepted by the society doesn't matter much! In my previous class I always stood out and that made my life disastrous! But what did I do? Yes I cried and felt sad and prayed but in the end I was always happy! I live my life the way I think Its right and good! And I think it's a good option for others!

Just remember... if the bad days don't come... then how will the good!
