Which QIA was it. There are many listed from "Inuit" to "Investment". The QIA rings a bell but I don't recall what it was about. Could have been anything.
Have you ever heard of the QIA and the rumors that they may be helping to fund the Taliban and getting ISIS also in Afghanistan ?
