what are hooded eyes? Never heard that term before!
Why some people who are not East Asians have hooded eyes?
Why ? I'm guessing evolution of hooded eyes makes the eye more protected from the elements and injury. Think its a sign of a great hunter.... Read something about that quite a while ago.
They were born that way. I have Hooded Human Jedi eyes.
