To-may-toes, To-mah-toes. They're synonymous.
Is there no difference between forms of Diplomacy and types of Diplomacy in International Politics ? Are they both same?
Diplomacy is a matter of perception. A wise man once said that the difference between a diplomat and a lady is this:
If a diplomat says yes, he means maybe. If he says maybe he means no, and if he says no he's no diplomat.
If a lady says no she means maybe, if she says maybe she means yes, and if she says yes she's no lady.

Yeah, yeah, I know, but before you-all bite my head off for being a sexist pig, check out this thought for the day:
I knew this one but wanted both quotes. From WikiQuote:
All diplomacy is a continuation of war by other means.
- Zhou Enlai, Saturday Evening Post (27 March 1954); this is a play upon the famous maxim of Clausewitz: "War is the continuation of politics by other means".
