When is the actual time where it is announced on who is president?

Is that not called Doomsday?

It will be really late here on the West Coast as they don't start any announcements till the polls close here at 6. I won't bother looking until tomorrow and then only at some of the initiatives for my state.

The last two elections were called at around 11 P.M. Eastern. In 2004 it wasn't called until the next day. In 2000 it took until December because of my state's BS. Lol
