My grandmas stuffed celery recipe..... It was one of the things I learned how to make and it comes out decent. (Its not cooking so everyone in my family is safe eating it! Lol!)

Moreton Bay Bugs. They're as ugly as sin, but delicious.

Can't speak for the Maine lobster but when they first came on the market in the 1960s they were very, very cheap. Now you need a truckload of money to buy the things.

If you saw one in the flesh you mightn't think so. Smaller, uglier, and the wrong shape.

Since my mom stopped hosting Thanksgiving, we haven't had it, but we used to eat lasagna. I am not a big fan of turkey, but I always ate it without complaining because it was always such a big deal. I was around 19 or 20 and the day after Thanksgiving, I was looking in the fridge for something to eat and my mom said there was leftover turkey. That is when I told her I don't like it, and eating it once a year was enough. I guess she was shocked I never said anything and was thankful at the same time. From then on she made a pan of lasagna on Thanksgiving.
