No. Seems to me they should fix the parts that are not working.
Mr. Obama's Affordable Care Act, has benefited millions, it's not perfect but he was the only President that made it possible for millions to get affordable health care.
No one has any concrete idea other than what Trump spelled out in his address to Congress. How can you expect Trump to have it ALL figured out when he just got sworn in! It took Obama a year for Congress to approve Obamacare
