I have always been fascinated with what you can do with whipped cream, other than putting it on a pastry.

I'm in, I love birds I have two cockatiels.

I enjoy seeing different species of birds and I like whipped cream on certain foods so I'm in.

There is a bird at our local pet store named Jacob. He is so cute. He whistles tunes. He shocked me the first time because he was "cat calling" whistling when I first walked in so I began whistling back the tune of "The Andy Griffith Show" He began whistling the same tune with me! Lol! So we went back and forth entertaining each other for awhile. He is so cute. The last time I went in there as soon as he saw me he automatically began whistling "Andy Griffith!" Lol!

It's a good day but I think I am gonna keep Tiger company. (After cheering for RefreshMe of course)

Finally a day I can celebrate. Yeah. Down a pound from yesterday and a total of 4 body fat % points.
