Businesses are based in an environment and the environment is being subjected to both external and internal forces. The government for instance is an internal force. It influences the business in the sense that, it policies stability, its multiple taxation, the boundary or business sort restrictions in the district determines the survival of the business organization in terms of it life span, it profitability.
