Do I think so, YES, but it will never happen. Most liberals would not accept the definition of "good moral character" supported by a conservative, or vice-versa. Morals stem from the 10 commandments, and even though everyone in society would benefit by following these ideals, they are shunned by the courts, governments, and schools - not because of their merit or content, but because of their association. Kinda like a Nazi refusing to give his child a newly discovered cure for aids because it was developed by a Jew...
