Hmm.. Ok .
At birth, they'd have a feast, get bllessed by preist, special ceremonies.
When a bit older she would be taught how to be polite, dance, sing and sew.
MAYBE EVEN LEARN THE AVErAGE LITRACY AND HISTORY IF SHE WAS VERY POWERFULL.
Age 15 and above she would get married and so on, even a chance to rein a certain country.

My only thought is that you may want to narrow your search. 'Medieval' covers a very large time frame, and the lives of princesses differed greatly depending on their country of origin, time period, status in the family, etc.

I'm assuming you mean European princesses, but there were also Asian, African, South American, etc princesses.

What I would do in order to tackle this is choose a specific Princess from history, and use them as your case-study, and look for information on the history of their life.    Beyond that, I would have answered in line with Dragoon9 - more information is definitely required :)
