At least some of False Dilemma and of Non Sequiturs (it does not follow).
Democrats always use the false dilemma fallacy. Either we go their way, surrender our liberties, hand health care over to their handpicked political commisars, give them all our money to decide best what to do with it; or we pick republicans who will grab all wealth for themselves and force the rest of us to work for pennies and beg for crumbs. Just because they state the two choices like so, with limited alternative, does not make it true. For example, in any economy if you apply yourself, sacrifice for additional training, and hone your skills then you improve your own marketability and security and you need beg no one for anything. Democrats, however, are incapable of any sustained effort. Taking "entitlements" is easier.
On the non sequiturs side, republicans have a long history of compassionately reaching toward the democrats and their lust for unbridled social spending. Both Ronald Reagan and GHW Bush agreed to tax-raising concessions in exchange for congressional democrats cutting spending. The democrats, in turn, played like Lucy with the football in the Peanuts cartoons. They pulled out any willingness to cut programs and spending. They cannot be trusted to keep their word.
Though it may not be included in any "10 fallacies" list, what brought Obama into office was "appeal to novelty". Once the novelty wore off and he became an unmasked marxist, his presidency began to unravel.
