That's because the TP have the foresight and economic foresight to recognise a non-starter when they see one.Obama has failed with his green policies,as a WH-favoured green energy company files for bankruptcy, so he's now actively promoting them abroad.The US Export-Import Bank has announced $500 million in loans for solar energy projects in India,while DC has yet to work out you can't pick energy winners and losers.So as green companies go bust and green jobs disappear, borrowed Chinese money is being used by the US to be loaned for projects in other parts of the world that private sector banks have the sense not to finance.Hence this shell game that is contributing towards America's economic collapse.
