No they don't in my opinion, as this "buy now,pay later" philosophy is like a house of cards waiting to tumble down. The government is borrowing heavily and pumping money back into the economy in an attempt to offset the recession. This means higher interest rates, inflation, house foreclosures and unemployment rates. The credit card culture keeps the money-go-round spinning crazily while the kids of today are living for what they want, not what they need. Marketing loans, overdrafts and living beyond one's means seems endemic in youth culture with no thought for the future or potential crisis. The small print is never looked at and the piper will still have to be paid at some point in the future, irrespective of young people's financial situations.
